At B+YND, we believe that living well doesn’t have to be about sacrifice and denial. Forget the labels, the workout routines that you dread, and “diet” food that tastes like cardboard. We’re here to teach you that achieving true wellness is about finding balance, becoming the best version of YOURSELF, and learning to relax into shameless enjoyment. Through practice, discussion, classes, and celebrations, we create unique and welcoming spaces that make a healthy lifestyle approachable, fun, and truly achievable.
From the consistent support of our online membership to the extravaganza of the festival, B+YND provides a comfortable environment to unite, learn from each other, and thrive. At B+YND, all are welcome at the table. We’ve created a space where a question about hormones is not awkward, but may be toasted with a glass of wine; where pizza can be as welcome as kale. For a night or a lifetime, B+YND is making wellness not just livable, but deliciously real.

I am...a wife, mom, foodie, and health coach.
Currently loving: Baked goods. Cold brew and people watching from the coffee shop. And pretty much wearing all black all day, every day - my closet is so sad. Ha! And my little minis, Carmen and PJ.
Story: You know, when I think about it: I was always an entrepreneur (from selling rocks on the side of the road, to making a haunted house in the woods, to inventing changeable slip on headband covers so you always had a different look!) I worked in marketing for 10 years before finally deciding to go out on my own. I went to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for my coaching cert and am also Certified in Plant-Based Cooking and Culinary Nutrition via PLANTLAB Culinary, where I currently work as an online instructor. Currently loving: hosting dinner parties, binge watching netflix documentaries, high top sneakers, and golden lattes.
Story: I spent years in the restaurant industry - and I loved it. Connecting to customers, developing recipes, and COOKING - what’s not to love? But suddenly, I craved something that was my own. I got my certification in Plant-Based Culinary Nutrition from PLANTLAB Culinary, and am RYT200 certified. My mission is to share my (ongoing) wellness journey with the world and inspire others to live the best version of their life.

Story: I used to work in marketing, social media marketing specifically. Loved the social media, hated the office vibe. So, I pursued my blog as a side hustle until I made it my full-time career (along with other amazing projects like The GOOD Fest and B+YND) I’m obsessed with what I do everyday, and enjoy connecting with women in this beautiful community and encouraging them to practice self care and self love, imperfections and all.
