Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Overnight oats take all of 5 minutes to prep (see, we told you it won’t be all of your Sunday). Throw the ingredients in, and get some shut eye, knowing when you wake up breakfast is served.
Serves: 1 || Time: 5 minutes
½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
¾ cup non-dairy milk
2 T raisins
½ cup diced apple
1-2 T maple syrup (to desired sweetness)
1 t cinnamon
½ T chia seeds
Add all dry ingredients to a mason jar, or other container with a lid.
Pour maple syrup and milk in the jar, close lid and shake vigorously.
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the AM!
